The Adult Israeli Dance class is going into its 21st year and meets on Tuesday evenings.

Would you like to learn to How to Read Hebrew? We read from our beginners’ text and also from our Siddurim and Machzorim. Our class is open to all members and non-members and to all levels of skill in Hebrew reading. The only cost is the price of the textbook about $12.50. Join Marty Rubenstein's class every Wednesday morning at 11:00am. FREE.
Tanakh and Prayer Class
Find out what the Hebrew means in the Siddur and the Tanakh and how it creates meaning. Come and learn with Ann Helfgott on Friday mornings from 10 to 11:30 am. FREE.
NSJC Book Club
The NSJC Book Club meets every 6 weeks at 1:30pm on Thursdays in the NSJC conference room. We always have a lively, enlightening discussion on the book selection. Modern Living: Maintaining Balance explores a selection of classic and modern Jewish texts from the renowned Florence Melton School curriculum that relate to this contemporary challenge.
Participants will discover Jewish wisdom that helps us balance between the needs and demands of family, work, community and self.
This four-lesson course will be taught by Rabbi Aaron Benson at NSJC , Thursdays at 6:00 pm beginning April 23, 2020.
